WARRANTY
The warranty for Direct Brand Products is one year from
the date of purchase. This is an exchange warranty, meaning if the product fails
in the first year it will be replaced by a new product. This product will be the
same as originally purchased as long as that product is currently available. If
the product is no longer available, the customer may request a credit on account
or will receive the products replacement unit.
This warranty does not apply under the following circumstances: misuse, abuse,
improper installation, electrical surges and acts of god. Abuse includes cutting
any cables or connectors. |
