Direct Brand Products Warranty Information
The warranty
for Direct Brand Products is two years from the date of purchase. The
first year is an exchange warranty, meaning if the product fails in the
first year it will be replaced by a new product. This product will be
the same as originally purchased as long as that product is currently
available. During the second year warranty the unit will need to be sent
back for repair. If the product is no longer available, the customer may
request a credit on account or will receive the products replacement
unit.
This warranty does not apply under the following circumstances, misuse,
abuse, improper installation, electrical surges and acts of god. Abuse
includes cutting any cables or connectors.
